Loaded with fresh berries, granola and raspberry compote. Breakfast n snacks just got that bit more interesting!
FROZEN YOGURT BARK
Ingredients
- 1 tub 350g coconut yog
- 3 tsp maple syrup optional
- 1 tsp vanilla paste or extract
- Handful strawberries thinly sliced
- Handful blueberries
- Handful granola I used Deliciously ella original
- 3 tbsp raspberry compote or store bought jam
Instructions
- Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
- Mix maple syrup + vanilla into yogurt.
- Spoon onto tray, spread till a thickness of about 1cm.
- Spoon small dollops of compote, adding more if need.
- Sprinkle on berries + granola.
- Pop in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until frozen.
- Cut or break into pieces. Store in a freezer bag or container.
- For best results leave to defrost slightly before eating.
