Summers finally here! 🙌 Time to light those BBQs and sink your teeth into some juicy corn. It’s the perfect side dish to pretty much anything.
These bad boys are cooked then smothered in garlic butter before hitting the BBQ to keep them nice and juicy. The BBQ adds a nice charred smoky flavour and topped with parmesan and parsley at the end of cooking makes them so damn goooood 🤤
HEALTH TIP Not only is parmesan perfect for this dish, but it’s also a healthier cheese to consume. Parmesan is naturally raw (unpasteurised) so it still has all the live beneficial bacteria and enzymes to help breakdown and digest the cheese, and opting for organic ensures the milk doesn’t contain any nasties. Parmesan is a strong cheese so a little goes a long way!
This recipe can be easily adapted to be vegan– use vegan butter and vegan cheese/nutritional yeast OR scrap the cheese altogether- garlic butter makes anything tasty!
