The mumma and I had fun making Naan bread pizza!

3 ingredient gf naan bread topped with curried sun-dried tomato paste, veggies, spiced tempeh pieces, minty coconut yog, mango chutney and coriander. Flavours POP 💥

NAAN BREAD PIZZA

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 200c.
  • Place naans onto baking trays and spread 1 tbsp of paste onto each base.
  • Top with veg + tempeh.
  • Slightly brush topping with oil to prevent burning and whack in the oven for 20 mins.
  • Mix yog + mint together in a bowl.
  • Once naan pizzas are cooked top with yog, mango + coriander. DIG IN!

Naan breads

  • Mix flour + salt together in a bowl. Add yog and mix with a fork till clumps form. Flour a surface and need dough till it comes together into a ball. Cut the dough in half, roll into 2 balls then flatten with the palm of your hand to make a 1 cm thick oval. In a large hot frying pan add the naan, cooking 2-3 mins each side till charred. Brush with infused oil once cooked.
