VEGAN STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE MILKSHAKES

Ingredients
Shake
- 180 g strawberries frozen
- 1 tub 150g Nushfoods cream cheese
- 1.5-2 cups chilled oat or almond milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla paste or extract
Strawberry puree (optional)
- 200 g strawberries
- Maple syrup to taste
Optional extras
- Your fave gf free biscuit crumbs
- Cream cheese whisked with chilled coconut cream
Instructions
- Strawberry puree: blitz strawberries in a high speed blender. Sieve to remove pips and add to small frying pan. Reduce down to a thick consistency. Sweeten with maple syrup to taste.
- Milkshake: Add all ingredients to a high speed blender, blitz till smooth. Adjust to taste.
- Assembly: Roll the tip and top edge of glasses in maple syrup, then roll in crumbs.
- Spoon strawberry puree into the bottom and up the glasses. Pour in the milkshake and top with desired toppings.
- Get slurping!🤘🏻
Notes
Feel free to use strawberry jam or preserve in replace of homemade strawberry puree for an even quicker shake!
