AVO CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

Ingredients

soft avocado
1/2 + 1/3
cup
(85g) unsweetened cocoa powder
2/3rd
cup
(150ml) maple syrup
1 tsp
vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
Bung all ingredients into a food processor and blitz till silky smooth.
Taste and adjust cocoa/sweetness if needed.
Dollop into serving glasses or jars. Can be eaten straight away or for best results chill for at least 1 hr, up to 12 hrs.
Notes
Cacao can be swapped for cocoa for a healthier, raw version- you'll need to use less as it's stronger and more bitter.
