FROZEN YOGURT BARK

Ingredients

  • 1 tub 350g coconut yog
  • 3 tsp maple syrup optional
  • 1 tsp vanilla paste or extract
  • Handful strawberries thinly sliced
  • Handful blueberries
  • Handful granola I used Deliciously ella original
  • 3 tbsp raspberry compote or store bought jam

Instructions

  • Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
  • Mix maple syrup + vanilla into yogurt.
  • Spoon onto tray, spread till a thickness of about 1cm.
  • Spoon small dollops of compote, adding more if need.
  • Sprinkle on berries + granola.
  • Pop in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until frozen.
  • Cut or break into pieces. Store in a freezer bag or container.
  • For best results leave to defrost slightly before eating.
