Slightly brush topping with oil to prevent burning and whack in the oven for 20 mins.
Mix yog + mint together in a bowl.
Once naan pizzas are cooked top with yog, mango + coriander. DIG IN!
Naan breads
Mix flour + salt together in a bowl. Add yog and mix with a fork till clumps form. Flour a surface and need dough till it comes together into a ball. Cut the dough in half, roll into 2 balls then flatten with the palm of your hand to make a 1 cm thick oval. In a large hot frying pan add the naan, cooking 2-3 mins each side till charred. Brush with infused oil once cooked.
