Large ripe avocado

+ ¼ cup cooked peas

Cold pressed oil, i used avo oil
Himalayn salt

of toasted brown artisan sourdough bread
Topping
Toasted pumpkin, sunflower and sesame seeds

Instructions
Keep back ¼ cup peas and the spring onion. Bung the remaining ingredients into a blender, and blitz till smooth.
Fold in the leftover ¼ cup peas and spring onions. Dollop on the toasted bread and sprinkle on the toppings.
Notes
Feel free to omit the oil in replace of an extra tbsp water to lower the fat and calorie content.
