jar vegan tomato pesto

tin chopped tomatoes

vegan cream cheese

spring onions

Big handful vegan Mozzarella cheese

Instructions
In a large pan, saute spring onions + garlic for 2 mins in the oil.
Bung in chopped tomatoes + red pesto + cream cheese + salt + pepper. Simmer for 5 or so mins.
In the meantime, boil gnocchi to packet instructions. Drain.
Add gnocchi to sauce, mix to coat.
Spoon gnocchi into an overnproof dish. Sprinkle mozzarella on top.
Grill for a few mins till melty gooood
